SHIPPING POLICY

Items that were premade are ready to ship in 1–3 business days. Products that are made to order will ship in 3 - 7 business days.  All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, whichever is economical.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship international.

Orders received by 2pm may ship the same day, unless special order request.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

FULL-PRICE ITEMS

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Glo and Company purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Glo and Company are happy to offer a refund or store credit on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date.

You have 7 calendar days to request to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please note that we are NOT able to accept returns on open, damaged, or otherwise “used” items. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping. All return/ exchange requests must be pre-approved. Requests made after five (7) business days of delivery will be denied.

* Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

* Customer is responsible for return shipments, which must include delivery confirmation or tracking.

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items that are on sale or marked clearance are ineligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale and clearance product prices are final.

Please note: There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits for personal care items, such as face masks.
